Product description
Flexco Solid Vinyl Tile (SVT) flooring products are durable, homogeneous resilient flooring solutions designed for permanent indoor installation in commercial, institutional, and specialized environments. All products are manufactured at Flexco Corporation’s facility in Tuscumbia, Alabama, USA, and are classified as Class I, Type A flooring per ASTM F1700.
The SVT product line includes both standard and static-control tile options:
Standard SVT Products:
Delane™ and Geodesy™ are solid vinyl tile offerings designed for general commercial applications.
Tiles feature a smooth surface with no factory-applied finish and are available in the following nominal dimensions:
12 in × 12 in, 12 in × 24 in, 24 in × 24 in, and 36 in × 36 in
Available in both 0.080 in (2 mm) and 1/8 in (3.2 mm) thicknesses
Select 24 in and 36 in tiles are also available pre-grooved for heat-welded installations.
These products are intended for indoor use only and are compatible with in-floor radiant heat.
Static-Control SVT Products:
Delane Dissipative ESD Vinyl and Delane Conductive ESD Vinyl are engineered for environments requiring electrostatic discharge (ESD) control.
Both options feature the same tile sizes and smooth finish as standard SVT, and are also available in pre-grooved formats.
Static control classifications:
Dissipative: Electrical resistance of 1 × 10⁶ to 1 × 10⁹ ohms
Conductive: Electrical resistance of 2.5 × 10⁴ to 1 × 10⁶ ohms
These products comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20, STM 7.1, STM 97.1, STM 97.2, FTMS 101C, and AATCC 134 for system-level performance.
Conductive SVT is recommended for electronics manufacturing, explosive environments, and other high-sensitivity areas.
Dissipative SVT is suitable for computer labs, control centers, call centers, and other commercial electronics spaces.
Both are installed using approved ESD adhesives and grounding strips, and are covered by a lifetime limited electrical resistance warranty.
Performance Characteristics:
All Flexco SVT products meet the following applicable standards:
ASTM E648 – Critical Radiant Flux, Class I (≥ 0.45 W/cm²)
ASTM E662 – Smoke Density ≤ 450
ASTM D2047 – Static Coefficient of Friction ≥ 0.50
ASTM F970 – Static Load Resistance (passes at 250 psi and 2,500 psi modified)
ASTM F925, F1914, F2199, F137, F1514, F1515 – Chemical resistance, indentation, flexibility, dimensional stability, and colorfastness
ASTM F2753 – Rolling Load Limit ≤ 500 lbs/in²
Certifications and Environmental Attributes:
All SVT products are:
Red List Free (do not contain LBC Red List substances)
Free of SVHCs on the REACH Candidate List and REACH Annex XVII restricted substances
Certified to:
NSF/ANSI 332 (Level 1)
FloorScore®
CA Section 01350 (low VOC emissions)
CHPS and LEED v4/4.1 applicable credits
Products are lot controlled, intended for indoor use only, and do not contain recycled content.
Product mass and density are determined based on the total material required to produce one square meter of installed flooring, in accordance with the applicable Product Category Rules.
Interpretation
Across all indicators, the largest source of impact is the replacement phase (B4). For all indicators other than eutrophication, raw materials (A1) are the second largest source of impact, followed by manufacturing (A3). For eutrophication, the second largest source of impacts comes from the disposal stage (C4), followed by raw materials (A1). Unlike the rubber products, the contribution from the raw materials is substantially larger, accounting for a larger percentage of impacts given the impacts associated with the production of polyvinyl chloride and the bio-based plasticizer. Installation (A5), maintenance (B2), and transport (A2, A4, C1) are considered non-negligible.
LCIA results are relative expressions and do not predict impacts on category endpoints, the exceeding of thresholds, safety margins or risks. EPDs are comparable only when they follow the same PCR, functional unit and system boundary. The full EPD (PDF) contains the methodology, scenario assumptions and verification statement.
